Kar Sur Sang Offering
Kar sur Incense is prepared according to the formula prescribed in the sacred buddhist tantric text of Longchen Nyingthik and it contains the best of all fruits, cereals, Rinche Na Nga (five precious gems), holy water, honey, sweets and milk products. This high quality sang helps to protects from harm and negative energy.
Sur is a special offering perform for beings that are transitioning through the state of bardo. Generally in Tibetan tradition when an individual died the family performs Sur offering three times a day (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner) for 49days.
