Pair of Saxbo Denmark Candleholders by Edith Sonne.

Lovely pair of brown glazed candleholders from Saxbo, Denmark. The design is by Edith Sonne (later Edith Sonne Brunn). They are trumpet shaped with a mottled brown harsfur glaze. These diminutive piece measure 1.5″ in diameter at the top, 1.25″ at the base and 1.12″ high. They are both marked on the bottom with the Saxbo ying / yang logo, impressed DENMARK and inscribed SONNE. There are identifying marks etched into the unglazed bottom.
